Hilary Nachem, founder of Nachem Consulting, LLC has been working in digital since 2009 and it's taken her all over the country. At EMILY's List in 2010, Hilary helped pioneer a program to generate new membership for the organization through online advertising and social media advertising. First with $1,000, then $5,000 and growing the budget to $500,000, the program eventually led EMILY's List to reach 3 million members -- more than tripling its audience -- in five years.
In 2012, Hilary ran the digital program for Tammy Baldwin's historic US Senate campaign, raising more than $4 million and growing the Senator's list of donors, activists and supporters by 1600% over 11 months. After running her own program, Hilary returned to EMILY's List to serve as their first-ever Digital Advisor -- coaching campaigns in more than 25 states over two cycles and developing curriculum and standards for digital programs for US Senate, US House and gubernatorial campaigns that are still in use today.
Profiled by MSNBC as one of eight "Women Bridging Tech and Politics in the 2016 Elections," Hilary has been a featured speaker at Netroots Nation, a trainer for the DNC and led a team of more than two dozen content volunteers to run the social media program at the Philadelphia Democratic National Convention last year.
